The Hardcastle Letters
Exhortations to faith and faithfulness
in the face of
persecution
Table of Contents
Dear reader, these letters from Thomas Harcastle are worthy of careful study and meditation. I say meditation because they are written in a style, which we are not use to, and you may come across Old English words, which are unfamiliar. I have read them all and have gone back over them slowly to digest the thoughts and wisdom he has expressed. That is the beauty of having the written word. It allows us to pause and reflect upon what we have just read. Use your bible and read the scripture references he gives, for it is rewarding. I am indebted to the efforts of Pastor Robert Simms for his work in making this record available.
I have taken the liberty to do a limited amount of editing in an effort to make the presentation in an easier format of reading.
